Bree supports individuals, couples, and families, with a special focus on trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships and neurodivergence. She is a trauma-informed counsellor dedicated to guiding clients through the challenges of everyday life with compassion and understanding. Working from a holistic approach, she assists clients to incorporate mind, body and soul into their journey.

She works with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and neurodivergence, recognising that every person’s experiences and needs are unique.

As a trauma-informed counsellor, Bree prioritises creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. She works alongside clients to gently explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be impacting their wellbeing, while also building practical strategies that foster resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.

At Soulful Support Counselling, I offer an integrative therapeutic approach that combines mindfulness practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These evidence-based approaches allow us to explore both emotional and relational experiences while developing practical strategies for meaningful change.

This holistic framework supports clients to gently explore their experiences, understand the different parts of themselves, strengthen emotional awareness, and deepen connection within themselves and their relationships.
