Using evidence-informed relationship approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method and parts-based therapy, we'll work together to strengthen your relationship and rebuild emotional safety.

Neuroaffirming Counselling
Understanding your brain can change the way you understand yourself.
Whether you're autistic, ADHD, exploring an assessment or supporting a neurodivergent family member, counselling provides a space where your experiences are understood without judgement or pressure to fit neurotypical expectations.
Together we'll build on your strengths while navigating the challenges that can come with living in a world that isn't always designed with neurodiversity in mind.
Meditation and Mindfulness
