Initial Counselling Session

$170 (60 min duration)

A comprehensive first session to explore your current concerns, personal history, goals, and therapeutic needs.

Counselling Session

$150 (60 min duration)

A standard counselling session providing time for ongoing support, reflection, and therapeutic work.

Extended Counselling Session

$225 (90 min duration)

Designed for clients who prefer additional time to explore complex experiences, trauma, grief, relationship patterns, or significant life transitions without feeling rushed.

Counselling Intensive Session

$300 (2hr duration)

Designed for deeper exploration and processing. The extended format allows more time for therapeutic work, integration, grounding, and reflection.

Couples Counselling Services (GST inc)

Initial Relationship Assessment

$290 (90 min duration)

Includes a comprehensive relationship assessment, Gottman Relationship Checkup, detailed history taking, and a personalised therapy plan.

Couples Counselling Session

$250 (90 min duration)

Designed for couples seeking dedicated time to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and create lasting change within their relationship.

$170 (60 min duration)

Suitable for couples who benefit from shorter, focused sessions to maintain progress between longer appointments.

Individual Relationship Session

$160 (60 min duration)

Attended separately by each partner following the initial joint session to explore individual history, relationship experiences, and therapeutic goals.

Relationship Intensive

$340 (2hr duration)

Designed for couples requiring additional time to work through more complex relationship challenges. The extended format allows for deeper exploration, processing, repair conversations, and integration without feeling rushed.

Counselling at this stage is NOT part of the Medicare Better Access Scheme and counselling cannot be claimed under Medicare.

Australia is in a mental health crisis and desperately needs counsellors added to Medicare. As of 2024 the Government is working with the 2 peak counselling bodies to establish a set of industry standards for counsellors.
